This includes the employer willingly explaining the job requirements, as well as providing honest, thorough and efficient feedback on the candidate(s) presented.



A retained search allows our clients to experience a more thorough and dedicated search. The commitment our client(s) show in the search process, by paying an upfront percentage of the placement fee, fosters a higher level of commitment in our recruitment team to the success of these searches.
